With so many choices for Netflix shows, it can be overwhelming to decide what to watch. Below are some of my selections for the best Netflix shows January 2023 including the best Netflix shows to binge:

Netflix Synopsis: Inspired by real events, this fictional dramatization tells the story of Queen Elizabeth II and the political and personal events that shaped her reign.
My Take: I’m a huge history buff and really enjoyed this show. I didn’t think that I would like the actors changing but I didn’t mind it so much. This season focused on the highly publicized divorce of King Charles and the late Princess Diana. We got to meet Dodi Fayed and his family and also Queen Consort Camilla. If you like history and the royals, this show is for you.

Stars: Noah Centineo, Laura Haddock, Aarti Mann
Seasons: 1
Netflix Synopsis: A rookie lawyer at the CIA stumbles headlong into the dangerous world of international espionage when a former asset threatens to expose agency secrets.
My Take: It took me two tries to get through episode one but once I did, I didn’t mind this show. It was more like a dramedy than a serious CIA show like Homeland. I’m curious to know what happens in Season 2.

Seasons: 3
Netflix Synopsis: After landing her dream job in Paris, Chicago marketing exec Emily Cooper embraces her adventurous new life while juggling work, friends and romance.
My Take: LOVED it! Makes me want to move to Paris and wish I was living Emily’s life. This season went through everything I expected and left me excited and curious about what’s next to come in Emily’s life.
