Time flies so fast with a newborn. Days seem long but looking back it’s like in the blink of an eye we’re already changing car seats and making purees. It’s crazy to think that we made it this far already. We’ve entered the next phase. So now, the question becomes what car seat to purchase and what’s the fastest way to make those purees!

Nuna RAVA Convertible Car Seat

We really didn’t research much to be honest. Even before we got the Nuna Pipa, we knew we wanted the Nuna RAVA Convertible car seat. It’s such an amazing car seat and literally every detail has been thought through. 

The RAVA is super easy to install securely and switching between rear and forward facing is a non-issue. The RAVA has 6 inclines – 1 for rear facing and 5 forward facing. There’s lots of legroom for rear facing riders and extra support for forward facing.

Our little one is currently in the rear facing position and she doesn’t fuss a bit getting into the RAVA. It’s so cute! She knows we are going out somewhere. She also looks so comfortable and secure in it that we are worry free when driving around. 

There are so many amazing features in the RAVA such as ventilation panels, flame resistant, all steel frame and reinforced belt path, energy absorbing foam and side impact protection and many more. It really is the most luxurious car seat available. 

It may seem minor, but one of our family’s favourite features is the buckle tongue holders on the side. Using these makes it so much faster to secure our little girl into the car seat without having to fumble with straps underneath her. Just grab them from the side and buckle them in place.

The time to start solids kind of crept up on me. I knew our baby girl was showing interest in what we were eating but it happened so fast and I felt overwhelmed. The Baby Brezza Food Maker Deluxe made my life so much easier.
